PETA lawsuit likens SeaWorld's killer whale shows to slavery

ORLANDO -- Animal rights activists have targeted SeaWorld once again, but the latest move is sparking some controversy. PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals,hasaccused the theme park chainof keeping five of its killer whales in conditions that violate the Thirteenth Amendment, which abolished slavery.
