Delray Beach: Fuel spill affecting Atlantic Avenue traffic near I-95

Delray Beach , all traffic exiting Interstate 95 from the southbound exit ramp is being diverted west on Atlantic Avenue.Additionally, the eastbound lanes of Atlantic Avenue are currently blocked on the approach to I-95 and the railroad crossing. However, emergency crews are on site and expected to have at least one eastbound lane opened by 11 a.m....
