Day care worker murder trial under way

LARGO, Fla. - The victim's grandmother testified in the trial of a home daycare worker accused of murder. Stephanie Spurgeon was charged with first-degree murder after a 1-year-old died after being in her care. Spurgeon, 37, was arrested in 2008 at her home on Edgehill Drive, where she ran a licensed home day-care center.
