Puerto Rico paramedics charged with murdering rival over stolen patient

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - Two paramedics in Puerto Rico have been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of a competitor from another private ambulance company whom they felt stole a patient. A Justice Department statement Friday says the two men also face previous weapons violation charges in unrelated cases.
