ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- St. Petersburg police have charged a fourth man in the slaying of an 8-year-old girl who died when her home was riddled with bullets in a drive-by shooting in 2009.Authorities arrested 21-year-old Duong Dai Nguyen and charged him with first-degree murder. Court records show that police believe him to be one of two shooters who blasted more than 50 rounds of semiautomatic gunfire into a house in retaliation against a rival gang member on April 5, 2009.One bullet hit 8-year-old Paris Whitehead-Hamilton in the back. Court records suggest police got the evidence they needed to charge Nguyen after one of the men in the car pleaded guilty to second-degree murder last month. Nguyen was arrested Tuesday.
