Russia Detains Kyrgyz Citizen Wanted As Suspect In Murder

BISHKEK -- A Kyrgyz citizen allegedly involved in deadly ethnic clashes in southern Kyrgyzstan last year has been detained in the Russian republic of Khakassia, RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service reports.
